President

Eileen Hickey is a Co-Founder and President of Integral Steel. With two decades of experience in construction accounting and administration, she has a strong knowledge of all financial aspects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, project budgeting, and cost control. Eileen’s experience ranges from financials to insurance and all operational functions in the construction industry.

Brian Sweeney

Vice President

Brian Sweeney is a Co-Founder and Vice President of Integral Steel and is responsible for Operations and Business Development. Brian is a graduate of Edinburgh Napier University, initially with a Bachelors Degree in Civil & Transportation Engineering before going on to complete his Masters in Construction Project Management. Since his graduation, he has gained experience in Ireland in the Civil and Structures sector prior moving to the US where he has specialized is the Structural Steel Industry .
