Our scope/role on the project: Design, Detail, Fabricate, Deliver, and Install Structural Steel
Integral Steel supplied and fabricated the complete 800-tonne structural steel package for 307 Bruckner Boulevard, Sterling Organization’s ground-up, next-generation last-mile logistics facility in Port Morris, The Bronx, delivering Q3 2026.
Our scope covered the full structural steel frame from the ground up: primary columns, beams, and the main structural grid; a lightweight steel joist roof spanning 60 feet across the main warehouse floor; integrated mezzanine framing; covered fleet parking structure with EV charging provision; four interior loading dock frames; high-speed freight elevator structural support; and all secondary and miscellaneous steelwork throughout. Fabrication is CE-marked and AISC / BS EN 1090 compliant, with full BIM coordination carried out alongside structural engineers McNamara Salvia.
The result is approximately 100,000 SF of high-bay warehouse space with 36-foot clear ceiling heights, purpose-built for e-commerce, distribution, and last-mile delivery. The facility also features ESFR fire protection, LED lighting, and a 4,000A power supply, sitting less than a mile from the RFK, Willis Avenue, and Third Avenue bridges with direct access to the Bruckner Expressway (I-278) and Major Deegan (I-87).
